it was clean and the host was very friendly. the room is spacious, it has AC and the bathroom has a nice size. we arrived 30 min earlier than we thought and it was not a problem. we had free parking just in front. it takes 18 min (by car) to go to the beach in one direction and 18 min (by car) to go to San Marino in the other direction.

Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Grazie mille!

The rooms were modern, comfortable and we were delighted with the air conditioning. The hotel was close to the beach with the added bonus of a pool! The breakfast was included and it was an amazing feast! The front desk staff gave us information on what to see and wonderful restaurants and the best gelato shop in the old city part of Rimini.

Property was amazing, renovated with very professional staff. We came a bit early due to our flight and we got a room at 11am, which we really appreciate it. The rooms are cleaned everyday and it’s close to everything. We would like to mention few staff that make a great impression on us Emre,Dina and Brazilian guy at reception. Great quality stay, great care by team, Irene was great at check-in explaining all needed and setting great tone of stay, rest of team as well very helpful and welcoming, great SPA team at reception providing great service, as well treatment was delivered greatly, will definitely recommend and return. Being in industry myself I can strongly suggest place for anyone in business trip or family leisure stay.
