We stayed here the night before flying out of Rome and back to the US. We liked the location because it was quiet and away from the city and the drive was only about 45 minutes to the airport. This worked well for us since we had a car. Parking was right at the property; safe and secure. The hosts spoke English quite well and were wonderful people! They served us beverages and homemade cookies/cake while we checked in. The breakfast was quite extensive; even offered and made us an American breakfast! They were very friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about making us comfortable and sharing information about the area. Since their larger room was vacant for that night, they upgraded our room at no charge. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room had a nice patio. It's an older home, but comfortable and our bathroom had been recently remodeled. It's a wonderful family farm with a view to the sea. It was as Italian as it gets, which is what we wanted for our last night in Italy. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay. Just wish we could have stayed here longer.

Friendly people who checked us in. Communication was difficult without us speaking Italian and them English. Area was unsafe to walk. We drove to find pizzeria after we found out that their restaurant was closed, upon arriving. Booking makes it impossible to ask any questions before committing to stay and pay. Good pizzeria not far and pastry shop too. Wifi was poor at best and disconnected more often than not. Roosters are cute but definitely keep us from sleeping in beyond 4am.:) Very clean room and bathroom.

I picked this place because it was very close to the Rome airport. About 15 miles or so. After being up for 24-27 hours, I wanted a place close by airport so that I could crash and get some sleep. Allowed me recovery time so that I could continue my vacation.

    The place is not near any major city Rome (about 1/2 hour from Rome) however the place is beautiful and clean and the staff is extraordinary. Lots of free parking and the room was spacious and clean. They had a nice restaurant and the grounds were very nice.
