The help I received from the wonderful hotel staff was a rare and unforgettable experience, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I arrived at the hotel with an electric car I had rented the day before. It was my first time driving an electric vehicle, and I had no idea how to charge it — I drove it down to 3% battery. For hours, the staff generously helped me: they assisted me in setting up a charging subscription, and even came down with me from the hotel (located on a hill) to a charging station several kilometers away. In short, they did everything they could to save me, and for that, I will be forever grateful. All of it was done with a smile and a warm, practical attitude. In addition, I had a room with a stunning view of the valley and forest, the soothing sound of a flowing stream, and a wonderful breakfast. Just 100 meters from the hotel is a charming old castle — a perfect walk before breakfast. Ask ChatGPT

Beyond expectations! Very professional staff, excellent eko local products in every aspect, brand new rooms and gorgeous bathroom. The spa area is absolutely wonderful. Dinner was stunning and made even better by attentive professional and knowledgeable staff.

The location is a hidden gem. Very calm, relaxing room, house, and neighborhood ( actually, no neighbors). The closest pizzeria is just a short distance walk ( 13-16 min). The balcony on first floor offered a private get away for us. The owner of the house is super helpful and kind. The breakfast ( OMG) - superb. Pastry, freshly baked sweets , yoghurt all kind ( bio, natural, fruit), coffee just freshly made, etc. If you have the chance, do not let this place out if your list.

We discovered Casa Visnenza by accident but it was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The hosts are extraordinary and made us feel like we were coming home. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

    A small, typical town in the mountains.

    A small, typical town in the mountains. Off the main street it's interesting to walk the charming narrow streets. There is a small grocery shop where you can buy the essentials. For larger purchases you need to drive ~12km. There's also a bar and a restaurant but we didn't visit any of them. To get somewhere you have to travel 8km downhill and back uphill. The Castello is a nice place to watch the sunset. Also the terrace in front of the church.
