I had the privilege of connecting with distant relatives and learning more about my family’s past, which made the experience even more special. The local wine—Brigante—is outstanding, full-bodied, and a perfect reflection of the land and its heritage. The food is simple, fresh, and full of flavor. From the historical center to the sweeping views of the Ionian Sea, everything about Cirò invites you to slow down, reflect, and appreciate the beauty of simplicity.
