Property is beyond beautiful. I was speechless after seeing the location. The property has oceanic views, wonderful amenities, and great location to Civitavecchia center. I would like to also express my gratitude to the staff. I am from USA, and I am new to traveling. However, the staff was so eager to help provide knowledge of taxi information and food recommendations. I commend the staff for their hospitality. I will be returning to this location in the future. The location is about a mile from the train station. Only hiccup was trying to book an uber or taxi to get to the hotel. Alessandro from the hotel came and got us, which we were very appreciative and grateful for after waiting for 2 hours trying to secure transportation. The hotel had a fantastic onsite restaurant that served delicious dinners and the breakfasts included were wonderful and the staff made us great cappuccinos at no additional cost. Very peaceful and quiet with a nice view of the sea. Accommodations were comfy and cozy.

    There is no easy walking access to the cruise port or terminals, you will have to book a taxi OR take a bus from the train station to the port (40e). It is confusing and not well detailed by the cruise companies - do your research. Taxi from the train station to an apartment is equally a hassle (30e minimum).

    Great location for a pre cruise stay. You have to be in shape for the stairs! The setup to get in was horrendous. Room was big, bed comfortable (queen), bathroom good. It's a 4 bedroom apartment with a communal kitchen/ eating area.

    Taxi service: Worst I've ever seen or had to use! Reserved taxi for transportation from facility to cruise port on departure day - DID NO SHOW UP! Facility over 3/4 mile from any street used by taxis! Neighbors were able to contact taxi for us - prevented a disaster for us! No, I doubt I'd recommend this property/location to anyone - period! Booking.com needs to improve it's preview of properties and lot better!

    We loved the history, the restaurants, the views, the convenience to the terminal. The weather was fabulous! It was easy to walk everywhere. We even walked from the Norwegian Epic terminal to the train station on our return.

    Location was good, but there is no air conditioning, for such a hot place that is very poor as a fan is not enough to get a good night sleep, the bed sheets were very thin and not to a standard of most B &Bs, most of the miss match dishes and cups, glasses had to be cleaned first, would not recommend this place.

    Our room was a good size with all the facilities.

    Our room was a good size with all the facilities. Breakfast very basic but useful. Very clean and very looked after. The only reason I give only “fair”was the fact that the night was very noisy,because the two restaurants situated right underneath our room ,the stayed open very late at night . Was very hot weather and the lack of air on made it impossible to have the windows shut to reduce the outside noise. As a result we had a very uncomfortable sleep.

    The restaurant was awesome. Breakfast also great. Loved the ocean view from our bedroom. Staff were exceptionally obliging, picking us up from the boat and dropping us off at the airport. Great place to stay when flying out the next day. Saved lot of money by not travelling back into Rome and out again. We were dropped into the city which was fabulous shopping and dining then very easy to catch bus directly back to hotel. Great place to stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

    The hosts Maira and her husband was by far the most accommodating host we had throughout 6 stays in Italy. She communicated very well with us and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. She went beyond her hostess role and was also like a guide - gave us recommendations for food, beach and grocery, all of which were excellent recommendations. She ensured the room was clean and offered to change towels and tidy apartment even though we had a short stay.
