Usually, we would leave a rating only. But every now and then a special place, like this one, deserves a comment. This is probably the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. A historic villa turned into a b&b, full of antique furniture, beautiful paintings, small interesting details, with a lovely garden and quiet surroundings. We slept so well on the extremely comfortable beds and super quiet room. The family running it have been great hosts, provided us with a big breakfast containing their own products made here at the farm, their dog Miele (honey) was super friendly and spent time with us during breakfast. Exceptional experience and warm recommendation for anyone in the area. We are marking this to return if we are in the area. Thanks!

Breakfast was exceptional. Great selection of fresh fruit - the best I have ever had. Great staff offering to serve you a freshly made hot drink and eggs on demand. Very friendly staff. 5 star for breakfast. The room were extremely spacious and modern. with high end furnishings. There was also tea and high quality snacks (biscuits, nuts, kids chocolates) available for free at the reception all day and night.

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in this UNESCO Heritage town! Our ground floor room was really big, king bed, walk in closet, huge new bathroom with great modern shower and facilities. The welcoming staff spoke English fluently, told us about the town and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The hotel has easy free parking which is very unusual in an Italian old city center! The location on the central piazza next to the church is perfect! We heartily recommend this lovely little hotel!

The location was questionable at first but then resulted that it`s in a quiet area, close to Trieste airport and Palmanova shopping mall. Parking is easy within premises and breakfast is great. Rooms are clean too.
