We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Room was nice. We had a queen bed and a bunk bed, The room was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities were there. Overall it was a very good experience.

This is one of the best properties we ever stayed at! Villa Campo Rosso is a B&B that rents apartments instead of rooms - and it presents a lot of pleasant surprises! The staff are casual, genuinely friendly and extremely helpful, providing information on the local sights, which include boat rides on the beautiful lake Garda, the historical, picturesque community Sirmione, and Gardaland, one of the largest adventure parks in Europe. We'd say that the staff as well as the sights are incredible assets. Upon arrival, we were informed that because of its B&B status, breakfast was included in the price (despite not saying so in Booking). Our apartment was recently renovated, spacious and had a huge veranda where we could enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning (provided in the apartment amenities) or a glass of wine in the evening. The property is family-oriented, with a small pool in the reception area, where breakfast is served every morning. It has an enclosed parking lot, where parking is free, as well as a large public parking lot around it, also free. Neither an enclosed space, nor free parking, are guaranteed in Italy. It is located in the outskirts of a small agricultural town, with a large region of vineyards boasting locally sourced and produced wine (which is floral and quite tasty). A nice, homey restaurant next-door to the reception is served by friendly waiting staff and delicious food. Cherry on top: we were offered a discount voucher for our next stay!

Lovely location in the midst of vineyards, but close to Lake Garda and Verona. Nice pool and hot tub. Super clean facilities and pristine landscaping. Excellent breakfast, and dinner is outstanding. Their own wine is excellent. Plenty for kids to do, plenty of room to lounge around.

    Clean tranquil small town with just enough services, restaurants, parks, multiple parking lots, camp ground, stores, pharmacies and close to Garda Lake attractions. Lots of bicyclists! You can walk to everything. My favorite place is the thermal lake and park which has everything you need for one day: sun beds ($), tables and chairs indoors and outdoors (take out your food on a tray or picnic with your own food) and around the lake, restrooms, lockers, showers, hair dryers, bar serving pizza, sandwiches, cake and ice cream and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and cafeteria serving hot dishes, etc. Golf cart transport from entrance for the disabled.

    Everything was lovely. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnishings tasteful and new. The breakfast was also very nice with a good variety of things to choose from. It was also very close to the thermal lakes which was our reason for visiting cola di lazise. The host was very friendly and kind.

    Pretty average hotel which is nice just because of the friendly employees, whoose make the stay better. Room is really small and have an old furniture. Cleaning of the room wasn’t thorough. That should be definitely better. Location is great and also the big parking lot.
