It was an old hotel and you could see that but it gives you the old Italian feeling. Location was pretty good as of free parking and not a lot of traffic

Cristina was a wonderful host! We arrived early, so she safely stored our luggage until the room was ready. We were visiting family, so we left to have lunch and when we returned our luggage had been brought up to our room and Cristina was waiting for us. The rooms are located on the upper floor which has been recently renovated to accommodate the B&B. Everything felt new and was definitely clean, comfortable and inviting! Currently there are two rooms with a shared bathroom. We were the only guests, so we had the use of the bathroom to ourselves. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but I am certain it would have been wonderful based on the rest of our experience! Although I speak only a little Italian, most of our communication was through the booking app and WhatsApp, so we were able to confirm details and expectations easily. We would definitely look forward to staying here again!

My stay at Villa Potenziani in Rieti was truly unforgettable, marked by a blend of history, comfort, and exceptional service. This stunning palace, which exudes historical charm, beautifully preserves its heritage while offering modern comforts. As you step into the property, it's easy to feel like you're walking through a storybook. The grand interiors and elegant rooms are set against the backdrop of lush, beautifully manicured gardens, which only add to the tranquil atmosphere. The feeling of walking through the palace is not one of formality, but rather warmth and welcoming, as if you're stepping into a beloved family home. The staff, especially in the breakfast restaurant, were beyond accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like part of their family, making sure every need was met with a smile. I have to highlight the exceptional service in the breakfast area, where the staff made us feel so well cared for, and they were eager to engage with our 3-year-old, which made us feel even more at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. We booked the Presidential Suite, and it was perfect for our family. The room was not only spacious, but also elegantly furnished with a sense of grandeur that only added to the experience. The large windows offered a breathtaking view overlooking the city, which was especially lovely when the sun set and the lights of Rieti twinkled in the distance. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. For Christmas lunch, we had pre-booked, and I was particularly impressed by how well the staff catered to my dietary requirements as a Muslim. The five-course meal was absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and love. Each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with attention to quality ingredients.
