We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of Elisa, the house manager. We also loved how peaceful the neighborhood was. The rooms were so clean and the bathrooms looked recently renovated. Not to mention, breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. All in all it was a great and cozy stay. We are thankful to have stayed here!

Our stay was very pleasant. Ivano was very friendly and helpful. Pool is very nice size and area is very quite. If you look to spend a few days in relaxed place you should book it.

The landlord is very responsive and available. Great check in and checkout times. The house is incredibly lovely and well kept. The town is like a fairy setting, incredibly suggestive and hidden away from tourist routes.

Locanda Mescoglia was perfect! Beautiful room, and the view was spectacular! The host, Elisa and Michele, were very gracious. The environment is very peaceful and quiet! Very quiet community with a restaurant within walking distance. Looking forward to staying there again.

    Everything was great: comfort of the apartment, the breakfast was amazing, the concierge was incredible (thank you!) answering all our requests, the pool was bliss at the end of warm days. Looks like a remote property surrounded by sunflowers but its very close to Perugia and perfect to get away of it all while being close to the city and the highway. Also a good base to explore the surroundings.

    The friendly and approachable liy and team were just great.the quiet and peaceful gardens with such a great pool and of course the weather.get to lake tresimore and take the boat to isolo maggiore and take a much shorter trip to corciano.both so good.

    The villa has everything we needed and is in a great location for visiting Perugia and Assisi. The villa was very clean and the pool is beautiful. Very helpful host as well. There is a big supermarket 5 mins drive away.
