I was surprised how modern this hotel is, which was a nice contrast to most of the places I stayed in Italy on my trip. I stayed here for a night before beginning my Camino on the Via di Francesco.

The location was perfect. Right at the end of the trail - The Way of St Frances. Breakfast and dinner were very good and someone was always there to make cappuccino or serve a glass of wine. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!

It is really adorable, the owner and her daughter are both artists and decorated the apartment with love. Everything is nice and we were really happy to have a fully equipped kitchen. The owner even gave us some oil for cooking, thanks again! Also the breakfast was delicious.

The apartment is in an old castle compound. It's a very interesting setting. The compound is quite remote (6 km uphill on a very windy, small road) and wonderfully quiet. The apartment was reasonably well equipped with needed items. Andrea is helpful, friendly and most accommodating. When requested we received fans, extra pillows and bug repellent plug-ins (not sure how well they worked). He also provided some information about various activities in the area. The pool is 150-200 meters away, down a hill. The area around the pool is nice, and the pool was quite refreshing.

Delightful family run operation. Was walking the way of Saint Francis along the road due to the lateness of the day/early evening. They were so kind as to offer a ride to a tired pilgrim, stopping on the way at the grocery store so I could pick up food. Beautiful location, immersed in nature. Great place to relax, read, walk in the woods and sleep peacefully. The little ‘houses’ are brand new, very cleaned and comfortable. The owners put a lot of attention to little details. Some of the design details in each house are inspired to different old Panda cars models, which one of the owners collects. The owners are very kind and available. I highly recommend staying here! It’s one of a kind experience.
