The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and helpful! The house is beautiful and we really loved the village of Cossogno. Recommended for sure. The room was tidy and nice with an own balcony, and we slept like babies in the bed. Cossogno is really cute with old stone houses. There's a nice path through the village on tiny alleys to see the Roman bridge and stream. You can walk other way via crucis above the village. There's a nice local restaurant 100m away and the hosts can make a reservation for you. Tip: you don't have to order antipasto, primo and secondo, we were really stuffed after 2,5 dishes and couldn't finish everything.

This was our first nights in Italy The hosts Massimo and Rosy were wonderful, and very helpful. The kitchen - eating area and the bathroom was very nice Breakfast on the terrace was a great treat. Was there to visit relatives, and Rosy & Massimo made us feel right at home

From the moment we arrived, we felt like "Gods" we were treated extremely well, the hotel is stunning, the rooms are amazing. We had a junior suite with a lake view, it was magical. The food was amazing we were on a B&B rate and the breakfast had a great choice. We had dinner there on two nights and again, the food and service were amazing. We took a few "pool" days during our week and ate at the poolside restaurant and once again it was superb.

The staff at Boutique Hotel Stresa are truly a treasure. We stayed 3 days on our tour of Italy from the U.S. In an age of mediocre service everywhere, this hotel is an absolute stand out. The fantastic dinner at La Bolle was one to remember. Our waiter Marcus could teach a course on exceptional service and the chef there will not be long in earning Michelin star status. Do yourself a favor and book it before it gets too popular!
