Beautiful hotel with real beautiful view of the Lugano lake. We booked the room with a lake view and were not dissappointed, The room was big and comfortable and the balcony was bigger than expected. But the real treat were the employees - seems like they realy enjoy what they are doing. The lady at the reception, I think her name was Rossalva, was kind and helpful with recomendations. The restaurant's stuff - Roberta, Abdel Jaber and Chef Moustafa (sorry if I mispelled) went out of their way for my sister and I to be happy.

Great value for money! The staff were very helpful and even upgraded for free our room to include a view of the lake. The hotel is in fact a hotel restaurant and you must try it cause it is very good. The breakfast was also good enough for a small extra fee. I totally recommend it for one or more nights stay.
