Palazzo Cicolone exceeded our expectations IN EVERY WAY. Everything from the lovely and helpful receptionists to the over-the-top breakfasts to the balconies that overlook the cobblestone street, to the blackout shades, to the beautifully restored and designed spaces. the hotel was clean and in nice shape I like that it had sensors to shut the lights off when they were not in use. I also liked that it had a gym and the staff was very attentive despite that I speak English and they spoke Italian.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and welcoming place. The apartment was historic and beautiful, Sonia, the host, was lovely and gave us exceptionally great recommendations for the area. DO NOT SKIP THE BREAKFAST. So much care is put into this lovely spot, cannot recommend enough.

While there were limitations with communication, the man at the reception was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out with things like making bookings. The beds and hotel in general could use an upgrade but was very clean and the room was serviced daily which was more than expected from a 3 star hotel. The room was fantastic for the price.
