We did not stay at the property We left ten minutes after arrival The pool was dirty full of bags the water were not clear you could not see the bottom of the pool The picture of the pool is misleading This is an old temporary pool We took pictures as evidence We asked the owner for a full refund She destroyed our family vacation I Attended fotos to show the difference between what is advertised vs reality

My experience was phenomenal. The location, the view, the food, the staff , everything was just extraordinary. Roberto, Sylvia, Ricardo, Giorgio , Daniel, Maria, everybody was just fantastic ! Definitely coming back and definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone !
