The hotel, the location amd the staff were exceptional. The quality of the food and all aspects of food preparation, delivery and presentation were above 5 Star. As a group of 22 people staying here for 3 nights it is without fault, and would be extremely hard to get better.

Super friendly hosts - Luca and Paolo, they willingly explains everything. The neighbours are also very friendly. Three lovely dogs guard the garden below. The appartment is very modern, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the things travellers need. The rooms are weather conditioned. The terrace is big enough for 6-7 peoples. We are happy to stay here.

We booked here for two nights to visit the different towns/villiages of Lake Como. Was in the ideal place as it was not far from each town eg Como was about 20-30mins drive, Bellagio 40 mins drive, Lecco 20mins drive. The place was clean and secure and we were given clear instructions how to access the flat. We asked for a late check out and we were given an extra couple of hours. Federico also gave us recommendations of the area. I highly recommend this if you have a car and want to visit the area and Lake Como.

I can absolutely recommend this lovely place. :) It was an amazing experience when getting the window opened in the morning, to hear the lovely cheering of the birds. We have spent their only one night as we were there due to business reason. We arrived late at 22 o’clock and made the reservation on our way, in a very short notice. And our lovely host, Elisabetta responded in the same minute and she has prepared for us the breakfast (egg, fruit juice, yoghurt, biscuits, water, café, tea) for the following morning. Inside and outside everything was lovely and beautiful. We were in a bigger car (Ford Kuga) and we were not brave enough to drive throw the narrows street what drives to the appartment. So we left of the car at the public parking nearby and took a 150 meter walk along the ancient streets. Woow, it was also lovely and beautiful. :)

A beautiful home and such a welcoming host, we enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay. If you want a true taste of Italian hospitality, in a thoughtfully traditional decor, accompanied by a breakfast selection that could easily fill you till dinner this is the place to stay. Such a peaceful area, away from the busy touristy spots, we slept so well and loved waking to the sound of nature each morning. The best memories are made by the people you meet on your travels, and this place sets the bar high!

Bright and renovated apartment on the third floor with two a/c. 20 minutes from Como can be an ideal stay for exploring the entire area. Closed parking (Countryman barely fit). The host is excellent. He sent us detailed instructions (with video and photo) for check in as well as information about the shops of Erba.

I loved that the property was very private and the electric gates could be closed, providing more security. The property was in a very quiet residential area and the centre of Erba was merely a 20minute walk away. I like walking and every morning of my stay I went for a walk before breakfast.
