The hotel is a really good value for money. It is close to the Marco Polo airport and it is very simple to get to Venice from there (bus nr 19, it takes 20 min, the stop is a few steps away from the hotel, one way ticket 1,50). It is also possible to go by tram, but the journey is longer (40 min). There different bars, cafes new to the hotel. There is also a big supermarket nearby. The breakfast was not very rich, but sufficient.

Lovely place , Dario is super nice . Feels like a little piece of heaven just 20 minutes drive to Venice. Also the bus station is close. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we got there, but Dario gave as an excellent recommendation.

We were late landing into the airport, the staff were very helpful messaging over email to help us with a late check in, we sent all the relevant documents and were checked in remotely. The location is a short distance from the airport, there is a bus service that runs near the property. The room was a very generous size and there was free tea and coffee available.

Clean, good condition, and we were very pleased with the pictures and tips the hosts gave to not only get into the apartment but get into Venice to enjoy the city. The breakfast boxes for our kids were also a very nice touch.

The host was incredibly responsive and set us up for a great stay in Venice. Any question we had, Sandro would respond quickly and with great information. The location of the apartment is great if you are driving with family because there was plenty of parking and it was in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the normal tourist hustle and bustle. The apartment was more than adequate for my family of four and there were even games for the kids to play in the living room. I would recommend to anyone coming to Venice with a family.

Quiet and safe suburb where is located some nice hotels for all budgets. Quite a lot of comfortable & safe hotels at affordable price rates. Same for eating places, pubs and bars. Transportation is very easy and cheap during the day.

Its easy to commute into the ancient city of Venice on the tram. It is a residential area with plenty of local snack bars and some very good restaurants. Its just 3 miles/5km from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

The location is great - in 2 min walk bus stop and tram stop - both to Venice. Suggestion - use bus which is faster, you will be in Venice in 15 min. Parking place to the hotel. A local restaurant in 10 min walk. Nice and safety quarter.
