A true jem!! We can’t say enough about this place! From the location (on the lake, watching the amazing view from bed) and the convenience of the port a walking distance away, to the amazing breakfast, posh bathroom, and the truly heart warming and helpful staff. This property just opened in March of 2024 so everything is brand new and the finishes are very nice. It is a boutique style hotel so there are not very many guests. You get a feeling that you are almost there alone and it is very well staffed.

Our host Matteo was so friendly and welcoming. The structure is modern and has beautiful views from many of the rooms, and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a fantastic dinner with a very knowledgeable waitress who explained all the courses to us. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast with homemade bread and local yogurt and cheeses. The location is great if you have a car. I would not recommend this place to travelers using public transit.

Large, new and fully equiped rooms, with beautifull view, very comfi and large beds. Good and tasty breakfast. The location is just near the lake and near the boats station. The service is exceptional!!! Everything was first class! The management of hotel is exceptional, helpfull, take a care about all you need and can think about.

    There was a really nice broadwalk down next the beach, lot...

    There was a really nice broadwalk down next the beach, lot of restaruants, but there were not too many tourists as in bigger places e.g. like Stresa, so it was really good for the evening. During the day it was a prefect location to visit anything in the area by car.

    Feriolo is on the shore of the beautiful Lago Maggiore and surrounded by magnificent mountains, It has several very good restaurants and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. There are places of interest within easy driving distances including beautiful botanic gardens and the town of Stresa and boat trips to several interesting islands. The village and surroundings are hilly, parking is restrictive and in these respects may not be suitable for the very elderly and infirm.
