The owners did a remarkable job restoring an old villa into a wonderful hotel! Two or three blocks from the center of town, quiet location. Giacomo and his brother could not have be more hospitable and friendly.

    There's an physical rehabilitation center in the town, mostly seniors who are ill. With 270 deg of fabulous often snow covered mountains, I wouldn't want to get well too quickly. All Italian but still very Alpine charm, just on the edge of the Sud Tirol area with 3000m+ mountains in the backdrop.

    Location is good for the skibus to San Martino and also a short walk into Primiero centre. It's a spacious hotel with plenty of room for breakfast and also lounge areas. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind, giving us some advice on buses and looking after our luggage. It's a beautiful area which I guess is quite busy all year with skiing in winter and hiking in summer.

    The location is amazing. So tranquil and beautiful. Lots of nice trails from the hotel. Great dinner and an exceptionally good breakfast. Most rooms have a great view! Also the drive up to the rifugio is ok but make sure google maps does its job right. We had a great stay!

    we had a really nice welcome by the staff and mario the owner himself upon arrival. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area , very suitable for those using bicycles.
