The property is just across the street from the beach, lots of wonderful restaurants (serving at whatever price-point guests are interested in or comfortable with), and, we thought, a gelateria serving the best gelato we’ve ever had (and that’s based on a rather large data-set 😘). Our room had a fun, non-kitschy nautical theme with quite beautiful furniture pieces (in perfect condition) that could have come from a luxury yacht. Our host (or property manager?) was friendly and helpful. We also liked the fact that the property is very close to the nature park / reserve that runs parallel to the coast for many km. It was a perfect place for long walks.

The services are very good. The staff is kind and competent. Good facilities - very close to the beach, restaurants, local shops and downtown area. Accurate pool area with nice palms and flowers. The lobby design is tipical italian. Very quite and cool breakfast/dining area. The rooms have a very nice view to the pool and tipical toscan houses.

Amazing!!, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this time, for the very first time, I take my hat. This place deserves a 6 star. In my world, i give as many stars that I want, period. the lovely couple(managers), the views, the service, the views, the distance from pisa or Florence, the views! Thank you!. Me and my wife left, only wishing we could stay forever!.
