Very clean, comfortable, the sofa can be opened to be a good bed, welcoming owners, nice balcony view(especially the sunset time), air condition worked good, bathroom was clean and shower is cool, location is good and shopping mall with grocery store is just one minute walk, train station is 5 minutes walk, I liked it.

We stayed here for only one night as we flew out the next day. The location for flying out of Fiumicino is excellent. The Parco Leonardo train stop is a short 8 minute walk away and delivers you direct to the airport Terminal 3. Recommend this option both to and from the airport vs a taxi at twice the price. Alessandro provides a lovely full service apartment with a fabulous outside sitting area. The shopping center only steps away provides everything you need from restaurants to a full supermarket. Communication superb via WhatsApp and we coordinated everything beforehand to ensure everything was taken care of and we were informed about the area. For longer stays, the aforementioned train station goes direct to Rome.

Great location to the train station and airport. Super clean and extremely comfortable. Great communication with the owner. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and great pressure in the shower. Kitchen had everything you needed. Highly recommend!

We all enjoyed how comfortable of this apartment. Everything is Very clean, comfortable beds. We would like to stay longer, but had to go back home. Will come for sure next time if we come back to visit Rome. Thanks

Shower was amazing, bed was comfortable after a long day travelling and right before an early morning flight. Close to the airport, shuttle was arranged by the staff. staff were friendly and very helpful which was so good as I don’t speak Italian. Rooms are very pretty with beautiful decor. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish it could have been longer.

    This is a relatively small, compact airport and the methods for moving travelers to their gates is good. Only slight negative is having to travel through a gauntlet of high-end stores without a means of avoiding a walk-through of their midst.
