We came to the L'Aquila region to visit family. We were originally going to stay in L'Aquila and are so glad we decided to stay in Fontecchio at this B&B. We were having some issues with calling family and Gabriella was helpful in connecting us to them. Such an beautiful area of Italy! Her home is absolutely beautiful and only a short walk into the historic areas of Fontecchio. She made the most delicious breakfast spread each morning and was so kind. Even though we did not speak Italian, we were able to have pleasant conversations through Google Translate with her.
