The staff was very kind. The beds very large and very comfortable, with a great view over Rome. The showers were also very clean and with good water pressure. Free breakfast was included.
The family-run Albergo Panorama is in Frascati, a 20-minute drive from Rome and Ciampino Airport. Rooms are simply decorated and come with air conditioning and TV.

Perfect location for using as a base to visit Rome and explore Frascati. Short walk from the train station (with regular services to Roma Termini station and Ciampino airport) and Frascati town center too. Lovely staff, very friendly and accomodating (with the sweetest little pet dog), will definitely stay here again.
Offering free Wi-Fi and free private parking, Hotel Roma Sud has a 24-hour front desk and air-conditioned rooms. It is located 2.5 mi from Frascati, and Ciampino Airport is 15 minutes by car.

A great family friendly place to visit with lovely walks, shops and friendly people.
A safe feel with many interesting places to discover.
Be careful on parking, some are very expensive.
Best parking is a few moments from Conad supermarket and directly opposite from an Irish bar.
Great eateries, especially Fondi with budget friendly daytime eats or aperitivo menus

Frascati is a fabulous town, which has a village like feel, but with everything a city has. It's a very friendly and helpful community.
The train station is close by and only 35 minutes to Rome.
Your treated like a local after a couple of visits to cafes and restaurants,
which is lovely.
As we walk everywhere, Frascati is a great place for this.
After three visits to this town, I'm sure it won't be our last visit.

Perfect little town to use as a base for visiting Rome and the surrounding area. Great transport links to Rome and Ciampino airport. Great place to escape from the chaos of Rome's tourist scene with plenty of places to eat, drink, explore and relax. Everyone we met was very friendly and kind and the town has a close community feel to it that is very warm and welcoming.

On arriving we spoke to someone at the apartment who called Massimo & he arrived soon after. Frascati is a lovely, friendly town with easy access by train (30 mins) to Rome.
Our room was spacious, airy & very clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of towels & the shower always very hot.
The shared kitchen was very handy. Our safety deposit box did not work but we got by without. Massimo was looking to have it fixed.
Thankyou Massimo for your lovely accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit and can be used to explore Rome by commuting by train. The town is renowned for its excellent food with many great restaurants, e.g. La Bottega Frascatana. There are also very nice boutique shops with quality and original items. The weather is usually great and the air is fresh compared to much more polluted Rome.

Frascati is a wonderful quaint old town with a little piazza
There are many restaurants all serving really good authentic food
The trains from Frascati to Rome termini run every hour 2hours on a Sun) the journey is roughly 40mins.
The room was clean. They leave you regularly 2 0.5lt bottles of water, which is always useful in a warm day. The air conditioning was working ok. Even if I booked for 1 person, they gave me a 4 beds room. For breakfast they also have an arrangement with the caffe' next door (alternatively I could go to the main hotel), which was nice and conveniently close by. Frascati is a small place, but this guest house was really centrally located. As far as I could experience, personnel was friendly.
The hotel is family owned and you can feel this. Rosi took very good care about us, when we needed to arrange a taxi or had other questions. The breakfast area and food is nice. They have also a restaurant with an amazing terrace. And, if you are lucky enough to get a room with a terrace you will enjoy a great view to Rome.
Great value a little off the beaten path but still in a lively suburb of Rome. Getting into the city can be a bit challenging without a car, but there is a commuter train right down the hill that gets you into Rome in about 45 minutes. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.
Gianpaolo was a perfect host - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and kept spotlessly clean. We also had secure free parking nearby. The restaurant is outstanding too. We felt very sad to leave this marvellous accommodation in beautiful Frascati. Thank you!
Been coming to this hotel for a few years now. Nice place and the location couldn’t be any better really plus they have a car park. Staff are always friendly and helpful. This time we also got a little upgrade which was unexpected and very much appreciated so thank you very much!.
The villa is on a hill, and you have a beautiful view, while the villa itself is also beautiful. The nearest town is also pretty, and we enjoyed eating there and having drinks while taking in the beautiful views from all corners of the town.
We needed convenient place to stay one night before our early morning flight from Roma Campino Airport. The location was great and this hotel was everything we needed. They have breakfast starting 6:30, and that was great for us.
Reception staff were exceptional! ***** The two pools were fine, and just the right temperatrure for swimming. Beds were comfortable. In-room safe was easy to use. Nice to have a 24-hour cafe associated with the hotel.
Super clean. Spotlessly clean. Recently renovated rooms. Big and neat front and back yard. Parking in the gated yard. Convenient for going to the area east of Rome. Competitive price. A very good value.
Great location in Frascati and fantastic view of Rome. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying for a couple of nights and would recommend for anyone looking for good value.
The location in the heart of Frascati was great...many restaurants are nearby, the train station is close, and the rooms are spacious. I would stay here again if I am in the area.
NOTHING is worthwhile at Antica Terrazza Frascati.
It's near to the city center, but in exchange, noise levels at midnight are still enough to keep anyone awake.
Nice hotel with tradition/old-school room and colors.
Breakfast was pretty complete and good.
Nice staff.
Very comfortable and pretty room.
Would recommend!
