This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport. It had a hardworking staff and owner/manager. Our evening meal there was surprisingly good and breakfast was wonderful. The owner/manager clearly cares about quality. In general, it was more and better than I expected. Cleaning ongoing throughout the day. I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one...
I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. The resort was just a 30 minutes taxi ride from the Roma airport. Due to Covid-19 the resort was not a busy as I expected, but enough people around so I didn't feel like I was the only person there. Restaurants were still open, although not all of them. The resort was great for a lazy long weekend, sitting by the pool and walking along the beach.
