The room was immaculately, clean and new looking. The host Alessandro was very accommodating and willing to go out of his way to make sure that we were happy with the accommodations and dining options in the area. It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast in the morning was simple. He sent us to a local café in the area where you were able to get coffee and pastries. 20 to 25 minute drive from the airport. Room looked exactly like the photos. If I return to this area, I would definitely stay at this accommodation again!

This was an absolute gem - extremely well kitted out and thought through little studio apartment that had everything you could need. I was particularly impressed with the extra touches like the dressing gowns which made it feel more homely. the real star was the roof terrace which was a wonderful space to have coffee in the morning and a drink and watch the sun go down in the evening. it was an extremely short walk to a beautiful beach and great beach bars and restaurant as well as a 10 minute walk to the a little town area with a shop and restaurants. we would love to return. We were so grateful that the hosts extremely kindly picked us up from the train station making our journey there much easier and they also let us leave our luggage there on the last day as our flight out was late and this was a godsend :) I would love to return and would definitely recommend it. advice I would give to someone staying there to ensure a good night sleep - unplug the air freshener as it woke us up and put a towel over the microwave as the light was really bright in the night. we also tried a few of the beach bars and would recommend Navi as the best for a lovely long lunch and friendly staff.

Property is great Overall. Host is way too good. They have everything you need. So just go and Relax have a good time no problem. I can’t thank host Enough, they are wonderful people. We checked in middle of the night due to unforeseen circumstances they went above and beyond to receive us and walked us through at night. They even showed us around at that time and were convenient throughout. 10/10. Must check the nearby beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Pretty pleasant.

It was a very short (1 day) stay, but pleasant. Charming apartment in a very good location, I only wish we stayed longer. The apartment is nicely reconstructed, the outside area is very spacious and provides perfect conditions for pleasant morning breakfast and yoga. Amazing familial restaurant L'Archetto just a few steps away and beach just a few more steps. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny, but very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated owner's flexibility around check-in, we could arrive earlier, the keys were ready in the key box, all handling was contactless and efficient.

Three days was enough. I can imagine it is an easy holiday spot for those who live in Rome, and most of the houses are owner rentals. Good to get into Rome or to the port. Not far from the airport, but book a car via owner of house

This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport.

This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport. It had a hardworking staff and owner/manager. Our evening meal there was surprisingly good and breakfast was wonderful. The owner/manager clearly cares about quality. In general, it was more and better than I expected. Cleaning ongoing throughout the day. Beds were comfortable!

It's the nearest sea from Rome.

It's the nearest sea from Rome. The problem is buses are not often passing there. There are not that much for explore at the city centre. I like that quiet area between the bus stop and the beach.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one...

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. Avoid Fregene, unless one is looking for a farmland stay

There's plenty of beach with plenty of beach bars.

There's plenty of beach with plenty of beach bars. It's also about an hour's drive from Rome, so it's easily accessible. However, there's not much to do in the village itself in terms of shops, squares, bars, etc. 90% of the time is focused on the beach, so if that's your thing, you'll definitely be in the right place.

A wonderfully peaceful place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are beautiful beaches where you can enjoy delicious fresh fish at various beach bars. Public transport is excellent. You can easily travel to Rome or to the Marcesse-Fregene train station to continue on to the rest of Italy.

Very comfortabl, clean and nicely furnished rooms in a quiet road in leafy Fregene, a 20 minute taxi ride from Rome Fiumicino Airport (but very quiet). Lovely house with terrace and garden. The beach is a three-minute walk away; host Geogio is very helpful. We only spent one night because we had to travel on to a conference but would have liked to stay longer.

Perfect location, Singita beach is 25mins by walk, there is a coffe shop right in front and also supermarket is few mins walk. Alessandro was very helpful and gave me good tips. The only thing is what needs to be improved is the pressure of the water in the shower, it is a bit poor. But it was a perfect staying, very good for the price!

The beach and pool are lovely , the staff are helpful and nice , the breakfast is tasty , the dinner in the restaurant beside the sea is fantastic and finally the place is quite and clean. There is a train station not far from the hotel and we used it to visit Rome , you can reach it by bus or taxi.
