I walked in very tired from the Via Francigena and was greeted with warmth and compassion. The hostess offered me cold water and a soda and allowed me to recover before showing me to my room. This was a wonderful kindness! The bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty and very clean. The restaurant on property was full of local diners, a very good sign.

Everything, it was amazing. The accommodation and our breakfast and evening meal were excellent. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future. Fantastic stay we loved it. You won’t be disappointed if you book to stay here.

The location was amazing for us as we were doing the Via F and it was right on our route and close to the center of the village. The view from our place was also great and it was very clean with new furnishings and all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was especially nice for a shower after a long walk!

    Cute little spot, we only stayed there for one evening on our way down to Val D'Orcia from Pisa Airport. The town itself is lovely, we came on a Thursday evening and wandered into the village for a pizza at Happy Days which was great and so tasty, the staff were also lovely. There was also some great karaoke going on at one of the bars which seemed to be locals and some tourists enjoying their evening. It was lovely! Definitely recommend visiting here, there seemed to be lots more lovely restaurants too.

    It's a great area, lovely countryside and two nearby very good restaurants. Is near Castelfiorentino which has good train connections to Florence and Sienna. You need a car if you are staying as we were a few Km outside a town. Taxis are hard to find.

    The location, the facilities, the comfort and quiet of a beautiful country side away from chaotic cities and large villages. We ate all around and visited historic places within about a 30- 40 minute drive including glass factory, wineries, restaurants, galleries and San Gimignano. Highly recommend you have a car. Roads are pretty good and I soon got use to driving on the opposite side which was my biggest concern as an Australian driver. I highly recommend this area and would be happy to stay again.

    Everything was lovely, very nice breakfast, very clean rooms and everywhere else, very helpful staff that couldn’t do enough for you, beautiful location,lovely swimming pool, everything that you need to relax and have a break. The location is close to many beautiful little towns that I would advise to visit as they are perfect for a lovely day out but ideally you need the car there to do this.

    Our stay at a charming hotel in a medieval Tuscan village was like magic, with panoramic views over fields and terracotta rooftops. The beautifully restored house, complete with antique wooden beams, felt like stepping back in time. Our host greeted us with genuine warmth. He was very supportive and friendly. The place fully immersed us in the authentic spirit of old Tuscany. Hotel is close to San Gimignano and 10 min drive from train station Castelfiorentino. The local café is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the evening.

    The hotel is peacefully located, with beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable rooms. The pool is perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is excellent – especially Angus’s freshly prepared hot dishes. His pancakes are a must-try! + their homemade wine and olive oil are also highly recommended. Scott and Angus (the owners) create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their two well-behaved and sweet dogs add to the charm of the place. We will definitely be coming back!

    The room was very nice decorated, big and clean. The entire hotel is decorated in traditional style, the landscape is breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the services were above expectations.
