Friendly staff, very nice view, perfect for one to two days! Equipment and room is a bit vintage, but (and that’s what’s really matters, let’s be honest) it’s super clean and everything works well!

This hotel is a little gem. Very clean, light modern rooms, well designed with an extremely functional bathroom and comfortable bed. Lovely soft linen and towels. Cute little balcony with view. Air Con worked really well. Family run, such nice people & couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast, replenished regularly. Used the ferries, the bus and the trains over 4 days. 2 x stations in town. Hotel is less than 100m to lake & ferry, large supermarket around the corner, laundry in the next street. The town is a little stunner and we so enjoyed our visit. Hope we can one day visit again. Thank you Hotel del Conte.

What a wonderful hotel. Location was awesome as were the staff. Family owned and run. We had the best time. We were made to feel so welcome. Will never forget this property. One of the best we stayed in over our 6 weeks of travel. An absolute hi light. Private beach on the lake. Lake views from our balcony. Couldn’t have been better.

Brand-new Hotel (they opened on August the 4th). Extremely clean and modern facility, spectacular bedrooms with all anyone may need, wonderful finishes and very well furnished with an absolute taste of design. On top of everything, the staff was very kind and helpful, having our satisfaction as their number one priority. Also. We ate at their restaurant Le Bolle, in the bubbles. And it’s been a unique experience. We will definitely come back.

The room was spacious, very clean, large bathroom with good towels and toiletries. We had large terrace with amazing view at the lake. We got 2 bottles of water every day, not on arrival only. Coffee machine prepared good coffee. Fridge of minibar was enough large allowing us to put fruits and another purchased goods. Breakfast was very good and served on the terrace, the staff was very polite and helpful.

Superb location, excellent suite of 55sqm with magnificent views from 2 sides of the corner room (202). Half board was excellent and wait staff in particular were very welcoming and helpful. Great location to explore Lago Maggiore.

Location at the seaside. Balcony to the see and a great room with a jaguzzi in the bath. Great breakfast in the close-by restaurant and restaurant was good! Very good service!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Residence Zust. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel view on Lago Maggiore is beautiful. The hotel has it's own pool, which is great. Nice breakfast with salty and sweet options, fresh veggies and fruit. The room was perfect with a small balkony with view on the lake, also hanger to dry wet towels and such. The bed was confortable, the bathroom was nice and clean.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The view was impressive, both from the room and the restaurant during breakfast, which was a delicious and authentic Italian. Highly recommend this hotel!
