The apartment was super cute and cozy! I loved the decor a lot, the owners did a great job on making it feel so homey! It’s a good sized apartment with everything a couple might need. Renata & Rolando were the best hosts I’ve ever encountered truly when renting from booking or Airbnb over the past 6 years. They were so lovely and welcomed us from our long road trip with smiles and a bottle of Prosecco which was so sweet. They gave us tips for the area of where to go visit and where to eat which was great to have. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are wanting to stay near Florence as well as stay in a quieter Tuscan area, truly a rare find. We can’t wait to come back and visit. :))

Beautiful property overall. It was nice and relaxing to stay here for a break from crowds in Rome and Florence. The pool was fantastic and a nice way to cool off in the heat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The horse back riding and wine tasting events were both great. The views on this property were incredible - it was nice to walk around and just take it all in. The food at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was all very good (we had tasty plates every time we ate). The breakfast was a delicious spread of pastries and food. Came with my wife for our honeymoon and neither of us were disappointed. A two night stay for us was perfecto.

A great starting point for exploring Tuscany.

A great starting point for exploring Tuscany. All the hotspots (Siena, San Gimignano, Greve, Certaldo, etc.) are easily accessible. Florence is super easy to reach by train; the station is a 15-minute walk away.

Incisa in Valdarno is definitely not a place to spend a...

Incisa in Valdarno is definitely not a place to spend a holiday (in my opinion), but from there you can quickly reach Arezzo, Pisa, Florence, Assisi, etc., and you pay much less for accommodation. Those who love authentic Tuscan cuisine will find fantastic restaurants there and in the surrounding area.

It's okay for relaxing, but unfortunately that's about it. There's nothing to do in the village itself. There are shops for daily necessities, but unfortunately, the options for a nice dinner out are very limited. You always need a car.

We were in Incisa for work - I don't think anyone goes there on holiday, but the nearby cities, especially Florence, then Figline, Arezzo, etc., are more than worth seeing and offer everything a traveler to Tuscany looks for and wants.

A nice small hotel located a 5 minute drive from the Outlet Shopping Mall and close to the motorway. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean .Bathroom is small but adequate . The restaurant at the hotel is super and we had a fabulous dinner there ...really very good. Breakfast was ok , it is not in the same restaurant, with a buffet style with an acceptable choice and quality if you do not want hot food.

Amazing rooms with breathtaking view. I just didn’t want to leave (ever!), it was perfect. The breakfast was also very (!!!) good and everyone working in the hotel was so nice and friendly, it was extremely sweet.
