It was amazing apartments with amazing owner Danilo. I feel myself like at my home - it was very comfortable. And Danilo was so responsible and he really want to make our stay most comfortable. Apartments were very clean and has the best Mountain View. It is just pearl of Isola Delle Femmine ❤️

We liked it all. A nice little shared kitchen...refrigerator to use, Toaster, coffee maker. A Beautiful pool. We just stayed overnight, in order to be near the palermo airport. But, it's down the block from the water... so we walked the beach and ate dinner overlooking the beach. , .

    Isola delle Femmine is a convenient base to be somewhere close to Palermo airport woth a beach. It’s not the prettiest of places but it does have an authentic Italian feel to it. Sandy beach. Has garbage issues including the main public area of the beach. Lido parts of the beach are well kept. 20-30 minute walk to the main town from the beach area. Good train connection to the airport and Palermo.

    Very cute town, very peaceful and nice :) We recommend restaurant Godiva and Vitaly :) The best! :) and we dont recommend the expensive one on the main square - Isole Pesce or something like that, the service was horrible, took forever and they broke something every few minutes, also the food didnt have much taste at all, for that price it was bad :) For around the same price you get an amazing food in Godiva and a very good trained service :)

    Isola is a beautiful little town.

    Isola is a beautiful little town. The narrow streets are very charming and lovely. Compared to Palermo and Catania, there were much less tourists (we were here in spring) and it was clean, so it was much more cozy and relaxing. The food in the restaurants were delicious and the rocky beach was fabulous. The mountain range behind the town makes an amazing sight from everywhere in the town. There is a fish market every morning in the harbour, well worth a visit, you can see some very interesting sea creatures.

    A really welcoming and friendly town, well served with local cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. It also has a good local market every Thursday. The train station has regular trains. The range of beaches and their facilities are very good.

    I think that this community is a bit undiscovered at the...

    I think that this community is a bit undiscovered at the moment... it is close to the airport, close to Palermo and has everything that you might need. I did not encounter any homeless, panhandlers, hustlers or unsavory residents. Your folks at businesses here may not speak English as much as those in the larger cities like Palermo.

    The apartment was clean and comfortable. The whole place was ours. A small bathroom, indoor sitting area and kitchenette, two bedrooms and a roof veranda/ outdoor shower. A beautiful view to eat dinner at sunset. She stocked up with plenty of towels so we never had to ask for top ups. The location was great in the centre of Isola delle Femmine, a smallish fishing town, nice and quiet but with enough to do in the evening. Walking distance to the beach and bars/ restaurants.

    This was a surprise. An apartment really. If I had wanted a beachside base for a weekend with freedom to come and go, it ticked the boxes. Not sophisticated but very well presented, clean, facilities good. Some nice bars and restaurants close by on the beach and a small supermarket for basics.     The private beach and allocated sun beds was great, meant that you didn't have to pay extra. The pools never seemed to be overcrowded and always got a sun bed. The hotel lobby looked newly refurbished and clean. The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard.

    Very quiet as was low season, so hotel and pool to ourselves. Just cross the road to the beach. We had a very nice dinner with cocktails poolside in the evening which was a special end to our holiday.
