We’re on a cycling trip, and the location between Grado and Caorle was perfect. The people could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really great! We also had dinner there, which was delicious and plentiful, for a great price!

The hosts were super kind and accommodating. Wonderful croissants and tea/coffee as well as other options for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Ample parking for several vehicles - which is located in the back of the property. The hosts even provided a coupon to a local restaurant nearby when we were looking for dinner reservations.

Excellent location and choice of accommodation. We were welcomed with excellent coffee, biscuits and a glass of Proseco. The breakfast was excellent, a rich offer of selected and homemade dishes, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Friendly, helpful staff. There is no restaurant on site, but they offer a list of restaurants and possible reservations. The accommodation offers private parking.
