Very friendly staff and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Seems like the restaurant / bar is popping at night. May need ear plugs to sleep if you're sleep early as there are some noise from the restaurant / bar. Great room to stay in over all and definitely on the newer side for room decor.

We like that it is very near the Santuario di San Gerardo Maiella which is our main purpose as a couple. Franco, was very accommodating despite the fact that we don't speak in italian, he got his translator with him to accommodate all our queries and requests, his staff who speaks english is very helpful too on how we can reach the place since we do not have car and we are just tourist. We enjoy the breakfast and even if it is not that high end hotel, it is very neat and comfy, a good place to rest after meditation and reflection in the sanctuary. They got fireplace downstairs too.

Lovely family-run hotel in the heart of Nusco. Easy to drive into town and park directly at the property. The staff was very responsive and welcoming. The owner also speaks perfect English which made things easier. Good breakfast. We will return.

The host met us after we phoned him one hour before arrival. The young man was very polite and friendly. He offered to carry our belongings from the car. The Dimora is located in the historical part of the Borgo with narrow street and very limited parking opportunities. The host showed us possible places and for a week we never parked farther away from our door than about 50 m. The apartment can be reached via 15 steps outside (with the roof) staircase. Originally we were assigned to the apartment to be reached via a spiral staircase which for us (seniors over 80) would be an impossible nightmare. Already at the reservation time the property owner realized the problem and offered the Kore accessible apartment at the same price. He was was available for questions and help just by calling him. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, with unlimited hot water for shower. All the kitchen utensiles were available. We got everything we needed and really much more. Dimora Nuscana is very easily accessible and easy to find with GPS. We are quite experienced travelers, we used BBPlanet and then Booking.com for about 15 years or more and Dimora Nuscana was one of the nicest places we have stayed in.
