Beautiful house near the Como area and close to the Swiss border. House is located near grocery stores and restaurants. Host is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the welcome goodies basket. There is a car shed, very handy just in case of unexpected severe weather conditions Only attic room has air conditioning. We solved the warm rooms (summer time) at the ground floor with electric fans and all was good. We enjoyed our stay at K10 house very much and hope to revisit and stay with you again in future. Grazie mille a tutti per tutto!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel on Lake Como in Italy, and I can't recommend it enough! The experience was made extraordinary by the incredible staff, particularly two outstanding employees who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Farah, one of the hotel's employees, was an absolute delight. Her cheerful demeanor and eagerness to assist made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always ready with a smile and willing to help with any request we had, making our stay incredibly pleasant. Another remarkable staff member was a gentleman with dark skin whose name, unfortunately, escapes me. His exceptional kindness and helpfulness truly saved the day for us. During our stay, a marathon event caused road closures, making our planned route to the airport impassable. This incredible employee took it upon himself to guide us on the best alternative route, ensuring we made it to the airport on time and didn't miss our flight. His dedication and assistance were invaluable and deeply appreciated. The hotel's beautiful location on Lake Como, combined with the exceptional service provided by its staff, made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, delightful and stress-free experience in one of Italy's most picturesque regions.
