This hotel was located in a rural area not far from the Rome airport. We had come from Puglia, had an early morning flight and didn’t feel like staying in the city, so we opted to stay near the airport. What a good choice! The room was very nice, modern and clean and the drive to the airport only about 10-15 minutes. Most impressive and unexpected was the farm to table restaurant on site. We had dinner there and it was one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Rome. I am excited to come again in the future whenever we fly into or out of Rome for the restaurant and the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. helped us carry luggage up to our room. and because we had and an early flight, opened breakfast for us earlier than scheduled time. Very clean, freshly painted hotel and nice rooms. located in safe area, parked rental car on street and no problems. Highly recommend.

Charming hotel with old world character. It's like visiting a friend. A warm welcome from all on the friendly team. I think they are charming too. Friendly, smiling, approachable and helpful. It's a happy place. They made our stay special. It's cleaned daily and is shiny clean. 3 fresh towels daily - may be excessive but it felt nice. Our room, when we arrived seemed small and dark but once the doors were open to our own, private patio with table and chairs and 2 relaxing chairs, it was lovely. We sat out there a lot with some wine and relaxed. Bed is large and comfortable with good quality bedding. We slept well. It's a very quiet area. But you may here neighbours going in and out and some talking. There was no noise during our sleeping times. Sofas in the lounge area and outdoor seating areas are good if not venturing out. Garden is beautifully kept with sun and shade areas. There's a 24 hour cafe and snacks available. They will also order food from restaurants in the town for delivery. Breakfast is buffet and plentiful. Fresh cakes daily too. Fregene is a lovely little town. Cafes, restaurants and, of course, ice cream. We walked lots - nearest restaurants are 15/20 minutes walk. Nice, safe roads. The beach with it's many fish restaurants/clubs is 10 minutes walking. It was the perfect relaxation stay.

The room was cozy and clean with a private area right in front for seating if you wanted to be outside. The room/area reminded you of a private villa, It also had a table and chairs for seating. I noticed one couple enjoying breakfast. Should I ever return to Rome and need an overnight hotel, the Airport Hotel would surely be my choice. Lastly, I'd like to say traveling solo makes me very cautious about safety (very important to me) I felt very safe.

host is very responsive, and the property is safe, well maintained and quiet. the beds and pillows perfect. The architectural re-design of Silos is remarkably well executed, and unique. There is a flight of stairs. the breakfast offering is varied and generous. A few excellent Osterias nearby in the town.

Maccarese offers everything you need for a stay, a good breakfast, lunch, or shopping at the supermarkets (in addition to fruit and vegetables, there are Conad and CRAI). The Maccarese beach is quite quiet and well-developed along the coast, with a free beach and beach clubs for everyone.

We ate at a very good restaurant in the center of Maccarese, where there were other restaurants and a small supermarket. The place is very quiet, but unfortunately we weren't able to visit the beach.

I was traveling for work, and the location is lovely if you love the countryside and quiet. The garden is welcoming, with tables and chairs. I would avoid turning on the convector heater and ask for the radiators instead; the space is a bit humid and needs to be warmed up before guests arrive.
