Very nice alpine style with lots of atmosphere. The Michelin restaurant was outstanding and the breakfasts were very good. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

It’s a great location right across from the slopes. About a 5 min walk to the closest chair lift. It was clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful. The room was perfect for a family.

One of the rare finds, where everything was perfect. The owner Marta was helpful and nice, the room and the entire house clean and functional, the mattress, the pillows, a great breakfast with fresh brioche - really nothing to complain.

Never Again!!!

Never Again!!! We booked a week in this Hotel for a skiing holiday in January. How it gets its high reviews is beyond me. I would rate it 1 Star and that’s only because of its location to the ski lifts, Sure it has a pool ( full of mothers plus babies and older children in the weekends) but no sauna. The hotel itself is dated, tired and dilapidated, it has a creaking old lift that only goes to the third floor and as our room was on the fourth floor we had to drag our bags up to our very small double room. We booked a week in this Hotel for a skiing holiday in January. How it gets its high reviews is beyond me. I would rate it 1 Star and that’s only because of its location to the ski lifts, . We arrived on a Saturday and the hotel was busy with week-enders and ski clubs. Monday morning the hotel was virtually empty, when we returned in the afternoon the hotel was full of teenagers on a school trip ( +/- 80 ). The noise level really went up and teenagers being teenagers proceeded to take over the hotel. That night the noise did not quieten down till far after midnight. In the morning we complained to reception, they were sympathetic but said there was nothing they could do about it, the management did not want to know, so we checked out paying for the whole week after staying for three nights only. Had we been warned before that a group of school children were going to be staying at the hotel that week we would not have booked. It only says it is ‘child friendly’. This hotel is very popular with school clubs and ski clubs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The town is very pretty, with pedestrian areas, plenty of restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's easy to walk around; it's practically just one main street that runs through the town, perfect for a leisurely stroll. At night, it's all lit up and looks beautiful.

A welcoming town with lovely walks.

A welcoming town with lovely walks. A good selection of grocery stores. A lovely stroll through the town streets and/or along the stream. If I were to return, I would only avoid staying at the Arlecchino/Dada Hotel.

The town's location near the slopes and summer hikes is certainly an advantage in any season. Nature is just a stone's throw away, without the need for a car. In summer, it's likely a bit quieter; some hotels and shops are closed, and in winter, prices are disproportionately high compared to summer.

We received a warm welcome, and the staff spoke foreign languages – English and German. All our requests as rain-soaked hikers (e.g., drying our laundry in the dryer) were promptly fulfilled. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable and at ease.

A nice place with a great playground (we were passing through with children). There are only two restaurants to choose from for dinner, which is understandable given the size of the village. It's not a place we'd spend a week's holiday in, but it's probably great for short trips, especially for those interested in hiking.

This a great place wonderful views , pet friendly ,but it was the end of the season and the restaurant closed the night before our arrival , so we had to find someplace to eat which we did not , we ended up eating a sandwich purchased from supermarket, I would have liked to have been informed of this fact , My room was next to the hosts, Family quarters and was quite noisy ,TV dog ect , as for the Hotel its great I can see the attraction during the winter period , would stay bhere then without a doubt .

The check in was seamless and Luca was incredibly responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. The fittings are very high quality and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The bed is also very comfortable and with good quality coverings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Madesimo and will return again to the apartment. The balcony has a lovely view and gets the morning sun. We arrived by public transport and the apartment is only a few minutes from the bus stop. Great stay!

Thank you for a super stay at your apartment in Madesimo. Everything was perfect, accommodation very clean with beautiful modern decor. Lots of added bonuses like complimentary coffee pods , tea, toiletries and even a bottle of wine with biscuits on arrival. When asked for advice on a few things about the resort, Francesca replied instantly and was very helpful. All in all an excellent experience, thank you once again.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and lovely people. The food was fantastic and they bent over backwards to accommodate our dietary requirements. We loved everything about this hotel and can’t wait to go back. The room was also lovely and beds comfey. Breakfast was amazing.
