EVERYTHING! Vanessa and Alberto were both so kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us by arranging an extra night and transportation to and from and excursion. I needed to laundry and Vanessa provided the detergent even. It was a very nice apartment with plenty of space and the hot tub was the best

The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

Amazing place to stay for a great price. Beautiful lake view and access right outside. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean.. I would highly recommend.
