AustraliaThere was an enormous buffet of cold foods. Fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables and pastries.
If you wanted to have a cooked breakfast of eggs or omelettes or pancakes it was an extra payment.
The dinners at La Foresteria were amazing.
