It is a small hamlet of Guidonia. The nearest town, Fonte Nuova, is very lively with all the services. Restaurants, bars, supermarket... We had dinner at Luigino: highly recommended!!!

First of all, I'd like to point out that I spent my vacation at the Carpediem Roma Golf and I don't understand why the name Marco Simone keeps appearing instead of the name of the property where I stayed. I appreciated the location for its tranquility, the visit to Tivoli and Villa Adriana. The property has an excellent restaurant. The apartments are spacious and comfortable.

This is a brand new and fully equipped studio at Marco Simone Residence, we were their first guests. 😊 The serenity of the place is undescribable, nothing can bother you there. You are 10 min from Rome but you are in complete silence with only the birds churping and trees swaying in the breeze. Vast green spaces, charming little towns around to have a good traditional dinner. The hosts are a very nice family, they provided and assisted us with everything and more! An absolute must see and feel if you have the chance!

Davide, we would like to thank you so much for our stay at your apartment in Marco Simone. We stayed for one night and had everything we could possibly need — plenty of towels, a thoughtful breakfast, a great dinner recommendation, and clear instructions for everything. Davide is extremely attentive, always available by phone, and incredibly kind. Thank you! We’ll definitely come back to this golf course and stay here again for a longer visit.

We had a one-night stay at this apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was a perfect size, with a comfortable bed. It's ideal if you're playing at the Marco Simone Golf Course. Eva, the host, was easy to communicate with and very punctual in providing the keys and showing us the apartment. She even included some thoughtful complimentary items. Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend it.
