Amazing! One of the best stays we had so far! Property conveniently located in walking distance from the beach, restaurants, local church, convenience stores and market. The interior and rooms feel royal! Spacious, great views, breakfast was very good and of course great espressos and capucino. The host and hotel manager extremely nice people, welcoming and always available.

A seaside village like many others, convenient as we found it to break up the long journey, lots of greenery and beautiful free beaches, I think not suitable for young people but for the family I would say perfect

We've been coming here for several years now (at least twice...

We've been coming here for several years now (at least twice a year). Everything has always been perfect. We've often eaten at Trattoria Sonja; it offers very good value for money. The restaurant at the campsite is also very good. We'll be back again next year.

I visited Torre delle Palme, very beautiful and historic, and ate excellent fish at the Story Restaurant, excellent views and good prices. Fermo was beautiful, Porto San Giorgio a bit like Rimini, I ate well at the Alta Marea Restaurant, excellent quality and price. It's easy to get around and 2 km from the motorway.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the ease of parking just outside or under covered trees was great, it always smelt like a luxury hotel in the rooms, the pool area had green lush grass and a chilled vibe, even if it was a small area it felt relaxing and they supplied towels. Breakfast was minimal but fresh and cooked eggs were available, a nice sandy and pebbles clear water beach just at the end of the street!

This is by far the best hotel I have seen in the last year or two (out of about 100-120 where I have stayed). Those who need to stop for the night on their way through Italy will not find a better place. Those looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway will find exceptional views, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. Those who did not intend to come here at all should come at least for the sake of real "haute" cuisine.
