I stayed here for a week in September. Here is what I liked: 🏖️ The location is amazing! A beautiful sandy beach and restaurant just 2 minutes away. There is also a store less than 5 minutes away with basic food and hygeine products, but it's only open in the mornings (at least in September). 😁 Riccardo was a great host! Very responsive to requests, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay! He picked me up late at the airport, provided me with a clothes iron when I asked, even offered me a bicycle for the week that I was there. I've stayed at a lot of Booking.com properties, and Riccardo has been one of the most generous hosts I've had! 🏡 The house itself was nice. I really liked the patio and having access to washer & dryer. The kitchenette was super clean and well-equipped for my needs (dishes, soap, sponge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, etc.) and the air conditioner worked well. 🐱 Lots of cats 😂

The room was very nice and clean. The outside pools are fantastic and the area is really quiet. The restaurant food was average and quite expensive for the quality. On the other hand breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and nice.

We had a great time in Sighientu Resort, the complex is very stylish, garden pretty, rooms comfortable. The staff was very friendly, food tasty. The location is perfect for discovering the Cagliari area. Easy and free of charge parking.

This was the best hotel stay of our entire Italy trip! All the staff were so lovely and helpful from the minute we arrived. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Fantastic breakfast with fresh food. And the location was perfect because there was a beautiful little beach in walking distance, but also in a good position to explore the rest of the coast with the car.

    There is a lovely little shop nearby that sells bread rolls, milk, ice-cream and cold meats. The beach was beautiful. We liked that it was family orientated and not overcrowded. Some of the reviews of local restaurants were a bit mixed with service being the main issue. We tended to stick to home cooking because of this.
