A wonderful getaway into the countryside to experience Tuscany. The location allowed for visits around the nearby areas. Mercatale Val Di Pesa had so much history and the owners of Luiano Winery are wonderful!

Rooms : -Great large bed -Great WiFi connection -Great Air conditioning -Quality toiletries, e.g. “L’Occitane” -Clean Free Activities: -Wine tasting -Biking Nice restaurant walking distance, perfect for the evening. Florence isn’t far, we were able to visit during our stay, also some of the surrounding villages and shops to buy olive oil and wine. We learnt much from the locals about both Olive oil and Wine Great pool area to chill-out. A piano if you fancy playing Great breakfast : fruits, ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice espresso etc.

Driving through this area is stunning at every turn. There are wineries everywhere (you need an appointment! Most can do that by emailing ahead) and the streets can be very narrow (scary to drive at times), but the views, restaurants and wineries are worth it.ElizabethUnited States of America

Barbara the concierge/hotel manager was absolutely amazing. They provided champagne to celebrate my 30th birthday, and she absolutely went out of her way to help us navigate the area having not done much research beforehand. She was amazing. The hotel itself is stunning. We wished there had been some more comfy outdoor seating, but there was loads to do and check out. The vineyard was gorgeous and the restaurant and its staff were 5/5! We had an amazing weekend!
