We mainly selected the hotel for its location, price and spacious room. Location - The hotel allowed relaxing atmosphere away from crowd of Venice. You can use your Venice Day pass for bus in Lido, so reaching hotel is not an issue but we preferred walking. The hotel is also close to the beach (private but open to public as it had not officially opened), so after checkout, we left luggage at hotel and spent a few hours at beach. Staff - Hotel staff was very polite, helpful and also made reservation to one of the best restaurant in the area (Ristorante gera ora) for our birthday night. Room - We booked premium double room with balcony which was very clean and spacious. The balcony was also nice with a small view of ocean. Daily housekeeping did a good job every day. We didnt had to make a single request for new towel or any toiletteries.

I stayed at Hotel La Pergola di Venezia while traveling solo, and it was the perfect choice. Located on the quiet, charming island of Lido, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere just a short vaporetto ride from the heart of Venice. It’s close to both the beach and the boat stop—making it easy to explore during the day and return to a calm, relaxing setting at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a solo traveler. I especially appreciated the rooftop terrace and the garden area, which offered a quiet space to unwind after sightseeing. Edoardo, the owner, made check-in seamless and was genuinely welcoming. He took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great tips on where to eat and how to get around—something I really appreciated traveling on my own. If you’re visiting Venice and looking for a safe, quiet, and friendly place to stay outside the tourist crowds, I highly recommend Hotel La Pergola di Venezia. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet location an easy walk from the Lido Vaporetto stop. Beautifully renovated, chic, clean and modern attic room that was very spacious. The absolute best sheets! Great breakfast buffet in bright white setting, helpful kitchen staff. Front desk, charming and attentive. will stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel Panorama is located on Lido's waterfront, with a splendid view of the Lagoon and just opposite the water-bus stop for Venice. Rooms are elegant, bright, and cozy. WiFi is free.
