The service was outstanding! Lovely staff who booked a restaurant and taxis for us without hesitation. It's a gorgeous property with unique styling and a only a short stroll into the heart of the beautiful Citta Alta town. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely courtyard. I spent 24 hours in Bergamo as a last minute itinerary change before a week of work in Milan and was so pleased to have chosen this destination!

Quiet, remote place, pretty close to the city of Bergamo...

Quiet, remote place, pretty close to the city of Bergamo with relatively easy access by bus! Nevertheless for them planning to visit pls get as much info prior as, Info at Bergamo practically does not exists! The info center ouside the Airport is open 09:00 - to 13:00 and that's it ! Believe it or not! Same luck (about info) with the desks for bus tickets etc.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay after a late flight into Bergamo airport. We arrived about 23.30. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bar is open until midnight. We were able to get a drink before it closed. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great choice. I definitely would stay here again.

It was veru handy for stopping en route to our final destination. There is a fantastic sushi restaurant nect door to the hotel that was open until late . The guy at the reception didn’t speak any English but he was very friendly and managed to explain rules etc.
