After a short walk from Bergamo train station we found the accommodation easily. We received a warm welcome from the member of staff at reception who was able to organise our room a little earlier and provide us with a range of information, answering all our queries perfectly. The room was a great size and very comfortable. We also partook in the complementary tea and cake available during the afternoon, which was a really nice touch I thought.

The hotel is new, with very nice design, the rooms are large, with all amenities, large balconies, comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is located next to a new shopping center which has shops and restaurants. It is still in the process of being finished, but that is not a problem. Quiet, remote place, pretty close to the city of Bergamo...

Quiet, remote place, pretty close to the city of Bergamo with relatively easy access by bus! Nevertheless for them planning to visit pls get as much info prior as, Info at Bergamo practically does not exists! The info center ouside the Airport is open 09:00 - to 13:00 and that's it ! Believe it or not! Same luck (about info) with the desks for bus tickets etc.

It was veru handy for stopping en route to our final destination. There is a fantastic sushi restaurant nect door to the hotel that was open until late . The guy at the reception didn’t speak any English but he was very friendly and managed to explain rules etc.

I arrived tired at 1am with my small boy, sympatic men from the reception help me. Breakfast very good, very large choice. If I will need to sleep again closed to Bergamo airport, I will choose again this hotel.

Whist the hotel advetises a gym and pool, it is at a separate business 100m away. We had access to the oitside pool and cafe for food. Didn't ask or try the gym.
