Everything was exceptional. We arrived at 11pm and the staff were there to welcome us and help with our luggage. Staff were extremely helpful and polite Room was excellent as was the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was included in the room price and there was a great variety offered. Food was excellent. Short walk from the local train station, but a few stops from Naples Central. Close to many restaurants. Room was very clean. Maybe a little small for twin beds but comfortable.

Breakfast was simple but enough for everyone. One doesn't expect hotel variety from a BnB. Better than most in Naples -- not just sweets, but also cheese, salami, eggs, etc. Beds are comfortable, mattress hard. Roxana who runs the place is lovely, welcoming, explains everything. Close to Napoli Centrale.

Roberto and Pallazo Goyzi exceeded all our expectations. If you are with a car we recommend a garage nearby. Warm welcome, self-service coffee machine in the building, good breakfast nearby (note that the breakfast is not european) but when you are in Italy you know that breakfast is always sweet :) The cleanliness and size of the apartment are above all expectations, better than in the pictures. Vibrancy, Vespas, Vesuvius

Undulating beside the Bay of Naples, this UNESCO World Heritage city is a maze of narrow streets and cable cars. Although it has an incredible array of churches and monuments, it’s the sheer energy, pulsating life, and buzz of Vespas that really make it exciting.

At first you could mistake this for chaos, but given time you’ll see there’s method to the madness. The stunning, curved portico of the Royal Palace. The perfectly thin pizzas which originated here. The red pepper trinkets to ward off the evil eye adorning practically every old town doorway. All are crafted to perfection.

While all this goes on at street level, below is Underground Naples – a series of tunnels you can visit and even a Graeco-Roman theater which you stop at before emerging into someone’s house!

Head up to the Posillipo area for stunning views of the city and Vesuvius in the distance. The volcano itself can be visited and looking down from it towards Pompeii and Herculaneum gives context to the thousands of artifacts now on display in the city’s National Archaeological Museum.

    We stayed near the marina which made ferry travel very easy. Amazing food. Very, very busy. Unfortunately had to use a wheelchair, was difficult and stressful at times. Overall a good base but likely to explore outwith the city for a slightly less busy experience. Many ‘wheelchair accessible’ areas were blocked by vehicles or elevators broken. Sorrento and must see!

    It is a city full of life, with many things to visit, a beautiful architecture, many good caffes and restaurants. It gives the special feeling of being in Southern Italy: crouded narrow streets, horrible traffic with foolhardy motorcyclists, some garbage on streets and a little bit of chaos, but very nice and cheerful, open-hearted people.

    Napoli is a frantic city, it was always chaotic but now with the influx of tourism it's getting too crowded sometimes. But no matter what it has it's own vibe, is Italy all at once, gritty, monumental, historic, passionate. And if you know just a little about football, the real one, the beautiful game, you cannot avoid loving how intense is the ever-present spirit of the great Maradona. When people talk about him they get goosebumps. And you will too.

    We only spent one night there between our day trip to Pompeii from Amalfi and our flight out of Naples the next day. It was a very different vibe from Amalfi and I do not know if I will use it outside of flying again. Was much dirtier in comparison, definitely very city-with-litter and loud noise all throughout the night. (mostly yelling and scooters). Maybe we did not get the chance to see enough because we were only there for one night but it was a bit of a rude awakening after our beautiful time elsewhere in Italy.

    Naples is beautiful and it has so many places to visit. We love historical part of Naples and its avenues at night. During the day, you can see the bay with the volcano Vesuvio in the background, it’s just beautiful site.

    Easy to get around: walk, hop on hop off buses, taxis, train...

    Easy to get around: walk, hop on hop off buses, taxis, train station and port with ferries and boats to go to other cities and tour. Good seafood. I enjoyed the mussels, clams, octopus and crumbed squid. Pizza originated from Naples but not to my liking - too thin. Pasta is good. Must try the pastries and limoncello products. Beautiful churches, castles, ports and monuments. Visit the museums especially the National archeology museum. The Church of New Jesus is spectacular (architecture, statues, carvings, paintings). The spanish quarters has murals and statues of Diego Maradona - a must see for soccer fans. Take a ferry to Capri and a boat ride along the coast. Visit Pompei - major tourist attraction. Extra to do would be to visit the palaces, go to the theatre, watch a performance by the italian musicians.

    This hotel was the grandest hotel I have ever stayed in. You can't really call it a hotel if it's a palace. It was the perfect ending to our 3.5 week trip in Italy. We had seen so many museums and palaces and then we stayed in one . Pictures and words cannot describe how Grand this Hotel was . Only a few rooms in this hotel it was something special. I am totally lost for words. It was like staying in a museum. The room was enormous. The ceilings are WOW !! If you ever stay in Naples this is a once in a lifetime place to stay.

    Amazing hosts! The apartment has everything it promised and is located very centrally in Naples. For me the attitude of the hosts was most important, I was travelling from already in Italy, so the collection and leaving of the keys was arranged last minute and they were super accommodating. Also on the departure day we left the luggage there and took the keys (as agreed with the host). That way we got back when we needed to and collected the bags.

    once you got past the outward appearance and into the hotel proper it was a beautiful apartment. the decoration was bright and cheerful. breakfast included was a great option for our last day in Italy, good choices of food available very nice coffee. would stay here again if I ever get back to naples
