Excellent location in the center of town. The restaurant was fantastic, both the food and the employees very attentive as well as the manager. We will definitely return, next time we visit Norcia. The room was very comfortable and upgraded!

We have been to this hotel a number of times in the past. It is a lovely old villa that is centered right in the middle of Norcia. You can walk out the door and find all that you need in the way of shopping and services. The hotel owners have opened a great new restaurant in a newly renovated building right across the street with a wonderful outside dining area featuring great local food. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant make the Relais a very special place - always happy, smiling and welcoming. We cannot recommend this enough to the traveler seeking a true Italian hospitality experience. Thank you.

We contacted the host with our expected arrival time. When we arrived at the entry point, I called Tonino and he drove up to show us the way to the apartment. There is a lot of construction going on so this was very helpful. Once we were shown the route, it was easy to get in and out of this area. The location is great for walking to the historic area and for access to the major road if you are driving. Beautiful, roomy, two bedroom apartment, quiet area, parking at the front door. Kitchen well stocked with items required to prepare meals (utensils, baking trays, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, salt, oil, vinegar, paper towels, drying cloths...), fruit drinks, water, milk, tea, coffee, lemons, etc. The items for breakfast were plentiful - variety of cookies, Italian pastries, toast, yogurt...There was a clothes washer and detergent. Bathroom had shampoo and soaps. Bed was comfortable. The hosts had provided what a traveler would require in an fully functional.

Breakfast was great and at a local cafe. Our host gave us a card to bring to the cafe to redeem for a pastry and a drink. The rooms were great, lots of storage, nice bathrooms, and perfect for a family looking for a little privacy. There are 3 rooms upstairs and one room downstairs, each with a queen bed.

The breakfast was splendid, the homemade plum jam was particularly good especially with the fresh ricotta cheese. There was more than enough fresh baked and freshly prepared food for the two of us. We also liked the location and setting. We were located just outside of town with expansive, uninhibited views of the fields to the mountains. The rooms had been recently updated and were very clean and comfortable.

The place was a historic mansion - beautifully maintained. Unfortunately we were there on a 9 day trek and so only got in late at night and left early the next morning The host Giovanni was amazing. He drove us to a restaurant as they did not serve dinner and we did not want to walk 30 minutes back and forth for dinner. He also gave us a great breakfast, including amazing bread that he had baked himself!
