We practically LOVED everything! If you read this comment don't think twice. Book a room at this fantastic hotel and thank me later! The hotel is a newly renovated building with spacious rooms. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony and a view of the valley. It was pristine clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located in a cute small village close to Montepulciano and Pienza (just a ten minute drive). Free parking at the property. A-list hosts! We were welcomed by the energetic, fun and cheerful Nicolo Whose contagious energy and joy, made our stay unforgettable. He and his lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He recommended good restaurants around to eat and nice hidden gems to visit around the village. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of savory and sweets. Looking forward to going back!

The ownes are super nice and welcoming! As soon as you walk in you feel right at home. The rooms are equipped with all the essentials, clean and comfortable. We had dinner there as well-which was an amazing option for us! I had the best gluten-free pasta in Italy! Super recommended!!! The breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from.

10/10 Walking Location. Perfect view from the terrace suite. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The owner is kind, the breakfast is excellent, there is absolutely nothing not to love here. The details of every suite are beyond compare. The frescos and furniture and taste are stunning. A trained professional took care of every single detail down to every piece in this place, the symmetry, the lighting, the comfort. Exceptional.

We love the room and the property very much from the interior decoration to the big and comfortable bed. The breakfast area is so lovely like out of the magazine picture perfect with nice spread of homemade breakfast stuff (bread, eggs cooked to your likes, yogurt, jams). The view from the breakfast nook over Val d’orcia is very charming. we feel that the owners are thoughtful about all the details and it really delivers a perfect cozy staying experience for us, wish we could come back next time

Absolutely gorgeous inn perched on the most picturesque hill in Montefollonico looking across to Montepulciano. The grounds, vineyards & groves surrounding the ancient buildings are spectacular & the rooms are spacious with stone walls & wooden beams from its time as an olive oil mill. The claw foot tub & rubber duckie were a lovely touch! The restaurant was amazing & we enjoyed a truly delicious dinner under the twinkling lights hung in the chestnut trees. The staff & owners were friendly & helpful. Did not want to leave.
