The staff is great, including the kind gentleman who was vacuuming near my room, who saw that my keycard wasn't working, and after using his key to let me into my room, went downstairs to exchange my keycard. All without speaking a word of English! The front desk staff speaks great English. Super convenient to the airport, and in a quiet area. Very happy with this option over the hustle and bustle (and expensive prices!) of Milan. Make sure you buy your train ticket for Busto Arsizio *Nord*. The station is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and appears a little sketchy for a lone female at night, but it was fine! The town itself is pretty nice and authentic. I took a nice day trip to Varese (30 min on the train), and there are other convenient options including Switzerland. I will absolutely stay here again!

A convenient hotel for a stopover on your way to a holiday destination. The concept is nice, with rooms arranged in a garden-like setting. The fact that some rooms have two floors is a bit misleading. The reception staff isn't very friendly, and if it gets too difficult, they don't understand English and only speak Italian. The food at the hotel is very good and reasonably priced.

A village to pass through.

A village to pass through. The city of Milan is a half-hour drive away, and the medium-sized town of Busto-Arsizio is two kilometers away for shopping. In Castellanza, a few minutes from Olgiate-Olona, the Terrazza restaurant serves excellent pizzas.

Nice town, we stayed at the MO.OM HOTEL_MOTEL. Nearby shopping centers (cheap supermarket) (TIGROS DI SOLBITE OLONA) 8 minutes from the hotel. We bought a six-pack of 2 liter water bottles there for 1.99 euros. It is recommended to go to the mall near the town, a huge mall (Centro commerciale "ll centro) 22 minutes from the town. We ate one evening at the restaurant (old wild west) for meat lovers and carnivores 2 minutes from the hotel

Staff were lovely, and it helped that they spoke English. Staff helped with booking taxi and reserving tables at the restaurant. We stayed in the junior suite, and we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. Our room was super spacious with more than enough toiletries. The hotel was clean every day our rooms were cleaned daily even when you didn't ask them to clean it. We had a fridge in our room which hotel stocked up daily with water, can drinks and beer with enough space for us to put other things.
