Paglieta is a small quiet village on the hills, with the basic shops and bars, a beautiful view on the surroundings and very close to different point of interests as beaches, mountains, touristic highlights as Lanciano and the typical trabocchi. The road are sometimes not very good maintained but it is ok. Everything is reachable with the car, don't rely on public transport.
