Absolutely everything! The recently remodeled hotel was perfect in every way. The decorating, the fixtures were top quality. The couple who manage the property were so professional, attentive and welcoming. And the breakfast was the best we’ve had in our 4 weeks in Italy. Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, modernly designed, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with variety of options, and the location was perfect, close to city center and the main road to exit the area. Plenty of parking spots available in the hotel with easy to use car elevator. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

My newlywed husband and I stayed here during our Honeymoon. It was the first stop on our trip and we were both absolutely amazed by the hospitality of Deville Hotel. We stayed in the Suite, which had a separate Lounge and Bedroom, a large bathroom and a wrap around balcony with views over Lake Garda! The decor of the room as well as the hotel throughout was outstanding!! I particularly liked the Green and Black tones in our apartment and the Balcony had loungers and a sun shade to relax on. The hotel has a Spa which was one of the best I have ever used, and the pool and surrounding grounds were superb. We love to enjoy Food, and I can confidently say The Bistro restaurant was exceptional. Omar and the team delivered the sort of service you see in movies. Omar recommended wines for us both nights and we experienced all 4 courses, and the amuse-bouche they served up before our starter and before desert was a delight. This was indeed a luxurious experience and we're glad we got to try it twice! Lastly, those that stay can experience a traditional Italian aperetivo, after a hard day enjoying the hotel or the lake, as the evening cools down. Deville Hotel and the team there certainly kicked our honeymoon off in style and if I'm frank, it will be next to impossible to surpass this hotel experience during the remainder of the honeymoon!! The location was perfect. The hotel is located in a quieter section of the lake; but a beautiful promenade along the lake is directly across the street, and good dining places are within a short walk. The views from the room balconies are outstanding. The breakfast buffet is the best we have had in Italy. Finally and not least, the staff is lots of fun and full of suggestiond.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Our daughter’s birthday happened to coincide with our stay, and to our surprise, the owners prepared homemade cookies for her at breakfast — such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The hotel was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. We had the best vacation and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The staff could not be more friendly. Elena, Davide, Loretta, and the father treated us exceptionally well. They were patient with us because we did not speak Italian fluently and answered all our questions. They were very helpful. The rooms are modern, given the impression that they were recently renovated. Our room had a balcony facing the lake. The rooms were very clean. The entire hotel was very well kept and clean. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed biking around the lake, visiting the castle in Malcesine and going all the way up to the top of Mount Baldo on cable car. We recommend the hotel and these activities. Five stars. Book without hesitation.
