All the staff are friendly and AC works very well. It was hot outside when I stayed so that was helpful. I liked the breakfast, there were many options to choose from.

Nice location, with a pool on site and another just down the road. There was a charging station on site for our electric car. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. I also liked the towels. The bathroom had a butt hose which was great.

The town itself was nice and fun, very nice walks and restaurants.
If you have the car, you can drive around the lake and see the surrounding area, which has quite a lot to offer in terms of historical buildings and history in general. The scenery was nice too.
Opposite Passignano sul Trasimeno, across the lake, was another town, Castgliano del Lago or whatever it's called, I wasn't in there but it looked interesting too.
The only thing that was a little worse is that the water was bad and it was not recommended to swim in. There were few places you could swim, I went there but it didn't look appealing so I just swam in the pool.
It is still a good destination to stay there for a few days and enjoy.

This seemed to me to be a mid-priced hotel with a better than mid-priced level of service from the staff. The main reason to stay is the great view of the lake and the proximity to the sites, restaurants and amenities in the town.

Passignano is such a beautiful little town. so characteristic. you can take long walks along the lake, and doing so in the early morning is so delightful. It is close to other main cities of Umbria, with just half an hour drive you can reach Perugia. Another trip could be to Assisi or Cortona.
It's an area to discover. The people are friendly and welcoming. And boat trips can be taken around the lake.
I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful region.

This is a beautiful scenic part of Italy.
This is a beautiful scenic part of Italy. There is an exceptionally good choice of restaurants but whilst my husband and I like to eat about 6 in the evening most do not open until 7.30. This resort though, offers delicious locally sourced food, fish, seafood including fresh lobster, has a lovely delicatessen behind the old police station and some decent supermarkets.
There doesn't seem to be any local buses service to get about and taxi provision is sparse and expensive {usually a minimum charge of 15€}. We used the local trains which offer great value to get about you can get to Florence in about 90 mins.

Margherita was a fantastic host, met us early at the property, had stacked the kitchen with all sorts of goodies and the appt had every imaginable appliance. The appt was spacious, light, extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The location could not have been better; right in the centre near the restaurants and overlooking the lake. We loved our 4 night stay here and highly recommend it.
Gorgeous lake view, we were upgraded free of charge! The hotel is in great proximity of some great local bars & restaurants, I bet in the summer it’s an amazing holiday location. It rained our entire stay but we enjoyed what we were able to get anyway. Also breakfast croissants were huge and full of filling, loved that!
Very nice hotel in a good spot, staff were very helpful and kind.
The hotel old however very well maintained and was very comfortable staying here with 2 children.
