Excellent location--easy to walk everywhere in town, and right beside the beach. Private rooftop terrace with beautiful rooftop views and a relaxing vibe. Large modern kitchen, with full-size refrigerator. Interior decor was tasteful & contemporary. We loved having plenty of good lighting. Bed was very comfortable, and the couch bed was surprisingly comfortable, too. Owner was kind & helpful, and gave us restaurant & grocery recommendations. The unit had many comforts that made it a delight! (espresso maker, adjustable windows, large bathroom, wash cloths, and even soft toilet paper!)

The furniture was beautiful, the decorating precious, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment is quite decent for two people. We stayed there for two weeks end September - beginning of October and must have been close to the only tourists in town. The view is great and, except for the last couple of days where it got a bit cool, we ate all our meals on the terrace. The view from the upstairs terrace is outstanding, although I missed some shade. There are supermarkets and a butcher nearby, so unless you're really into driving around the countryside, there is no need for a car. Rome can easily be reached by train from the nearby station. The host is very friendly and helpfull. When I pointed out that a box-grater and breadknife was missing they were provided very speedily early the first morning.

Passoscuro is a charming Italian village, with a beautiful sandy beach and a relaxing vibe. There are lovely painted murals on the walls of the street beside the beach. The restaurants along the beach are wonderful, and there are 2 grocery stores within a few blocks. There are no tourist shops...this is a place to enjoy the sand & sea, and just chill.

The weather was truly excellent for early September. Unfortunately, the food was quite expensive and never really good, and the cleanliness of the accommodation, the town, and the beach was very neglected. Italy can be a very beautiful country, but sadly, this area is not!

A small seaside town...

A small seaside town... On the other hand, it's very quiet and liveable. There are few attractions, while in summer it's crowded with swimmers from the surrounding Rome area. In summer, it's very well organized, with many restaurants both on the beaches and in town, and a few agritourism establishments in the area offering decent food.

I loved the rooftop terrace and the view of the ocean from there. Then it was too windy, you simply went 1 floor down to the balcony to avoid the wind.. I the kitchen, there was even a Bialetti moka coffee brewer. Every morning I made good coffee in this brewer. The apartment is big, a lot of room especially if you are only 1 person. It was very quiet after 9pm till 8am which was perfect, no noicy neighbors at night. I can really recommend Demy House and I will stay there again when I am I Passoscuro.

The staff and the people in passoscuro were really kind . Only 50 meters to a really clean sand beach. Grocery shop in front of the hotel and some really good restaurants (the food was very good for a low price In the tobacco shop you could buy bus and train tickets for very little money to travel to roma 😀. I really enjoyed my holiday.

Passoscuro Pearl. Decor refined to the smallest detail, beautiful garden, very friendly owners. Definitely worth a visit! A wide clean beach. You can choose the paid or free part. We were in August and had no problem finding a place for ourselves, and we didn't get out of bed at dawn;)

Paola and her mother are the most friendly and responsive hosts I have ever met. The hotel is cozy, clean, and in a minute walk from the beach; all the important facilities can be easily reached nearby. A nice place for relaxing holidays in the vicinity of Rome
