Hotel was across the street from the beach, and we had a lovely balcony. Staff was delightful. There is an elevator so no issue reaching rooms. Breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and wonderful options for coffee, fresh fruit and sweets. We enjoyed our stay here because we have relatives in the area. The town of Patti is right there with amusement parks and playgrounds for children. The seaside Pizza restaurants serve wonderful food. People are out walking until late enjoying the cool evening temperatures.

At first we were surprised to see a residential building instead of a little house that we somehow expected, but actually apartment has everything as shown in the photos, there is a beautiful garden accessible by guests only, fully equipped shared kitchen and nice clean rooms with private bathrooms. Francesco is great, friendly and helpful host with lots of quality information. He gave us detailed tour around the property and did everything to feel as at home. Also, he gave us some useful tips where to go and what to visit in the neighborhood. Self-service breakfast has more than enough options. There was no problem to find a free parking in the street.

The flat was very clean. The landlord gave us a lot of tips to travel around and was very responsive. The location is also very good with nice views and the flat is very well equipped. I would definitely come back and recommend the place

    We have relatives here, so it is always fun to visit.

    We have relatives here, so it is always fun to visit. The seaside town of Patti is not touristy and there are lovely local restaurants on the lungomare. Nearby, you can visit the Basilica of Tinari and the Roman ruins. We would highly recommend a visit there.

    Wellkept and organized. We bought bread and butter and cheese but the rest of the breakfast was very good With juice many kinds of yoghurt and excellent coffee from the machine.We had our own shelf in the fridge . Very close to the train station, supermarket sisa and the beach AT Patti marina. Some restaurants were closed and noone but us took a swim in November! Patti is a Nice little town but there is a lot of traffic. Francesco's b and b and the garden were very quiet and peaceful though.

    Such a nice, clean, well organized hotel with very gentle and helpful staff. Hotel is situated in the most wonderful environment with great view to the sea and the mountains. We had a rental car, which was optimal for going sightseeing and out for dinner. However, the restaurant at the hotel serves delicious dinner and the breakfast buffet is brilliant. We went in June and even if the hotel was fully booked, it did not feel crowded and there was no problem to get a nice place by the pool.

    The location is excellent, a minute walk from the beach🤩🙏🌊💦 and all the bars and cafes in Patti. The hotel is cared by a wonderful woman Adina, who is responsible for your check-in and check-out, such a lovely and helpful person!!!🫠❤️ It also offers breakfast, which is served outside, in a nice garden behind the hotel, Adina is welcoming you there as well😍🙏 The sea view from the room is amazing!🤩🌊

    The Centre of Piazza in Patti is in an excellent location. Just what we were looking for. Very clean, staff exceptional, helpful in everway. Lots of stairs but have a stairchair, which is very helpful for people with difficulties. Staff helped with luggage, which is non-existent these days, wonderful. Highly recommend.

    The person taking care of the agriturismo is so kind and very helpful . It is located in a beautiful quiet area surrounded by mountains just 15 mins drive from the centre of Patti.
